Your name, 10-digit mobile number, delivery address with landmark, order details (plan, meal slot, quantity, date, takeaway/dine-in time), phone verification records, online payment status and transaction references, WhatsApp order messages, contact/bulk enquiry messages, and basic preferences stored on your own device (such as your cart). We never see or store your card numbers, UPI PINs, or bank passwords — online payments are processed securely by PhonePe.
3. How We Use It
To deliver your tiffin, verify your phone number and prevent fake orders, manage your subscription (start, pause, track), send order confirmations on WhatsApp, call you about delivery issues, and improve our service. We never send marketing messages without your permission.
4. Sharing of Information
We never sell your data. It is shared only as needed to serve you: with our delivery staff (address and phone, for delivery only), over WhatsApp (when you message us yourself), and with our secure database provider for storage. Information may be disclosed to lawful authorities if required by law.

Our website uses browser storage and cookies to remember your cart and site preferences. These stay on your own phone or computer and can be cleared from your browser settings at any time — doing so will simply reset your cart.
